that most of our psychiatric hospitals got shut down. So most of the
crazies are out here among us, along with their liberal ‘right to be
crazy, and their liberal right to victimize innocent people. By the way, I have not heard anything on the reports of a second shooter, Chief Dan Oates has not mentioned that, in his press conferences to the best of my knowledge.
